All orders within France and the EU are shipped via La Poste tracked mail (within 5 business days).

This timeframe is indicative and corresponds to the average processing and delivery time for packages.

This timeframe does not apply to pre-order items and personalized pieces. It also does not account for disruptions experienced by carriers.

Reasonable delays in product shipment cannot give the buyer grounds for damages or order cancellation.

If your package arrives damaged, please check with the carrier on the condition of items included in your order. Note any reservations precisely on the carrier's delivery slip if items are missing or damaged.
