Welcome to the Atelier Siméon online store.

When you make a purchase on our platform, you automatically accept our terms and conditions of sale. We recommend reading the information below carefully before placing your order.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom jewelry pieces that have been aesthetically modified from the original design. We do not accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@atelier-simeon.com.

In accordance with Article L.121-20-12 of the French Consumer Code, customers have fourteen days to return items that don't suit them, at their own expense, for a refund. This period begins from the day you receive your order.

This right of withdrawal may be exercised without penalty, except for shipping and return costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
