SHIPPING Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information from our logistics partner. All online orders are shipped via Colissimo.

France: €7.50 (free shipping over €150)
Europe: €12 (free shipping over €250)
International: €45 (free shipping over €500)

RETURNS & REFUNDS

MAKING A RETURN You have 14 days from delivery to return pieces for refund or store credit if they're not quite right for you.

Send return requests to hello@atelier-simeon.com with your name, phone number, order number, and reason for return.

We'll email you the return address. Items must be complete (including packaging and accessories), in original condition and packaging, with the return number included in your package. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

EXCHANGES We don't offer direct exchanges on atelier-simeon.com. For a different style or color, simply place a new order on our site!

REFUND TIMING You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed. Allow about 5 business days for us to handle your return once we've received your order.
